You do realize that the 'Martin & Lewis or Amos & Andy' question is asking whether you like Vanilla or Chocolate milkshakes, right?

Then again, you probably didn't see Pulp Fiction. :-)

As a fellow frequent traveller, I am mystified by your choices of stopovers rather than direct flights and (less so) windows rather than aisles. These are both non-starters for me.

I am with you on 30 of 39.

Like father like son I guess.

I like window seats because I sleep from wheels up to wheels down. I don't want to be woken by the idiots going in and out.

As to the stopovers... They are free and allow me to spend anywhere from a few hours to a couple of days exploring a city I wouldn't otherwise get to visit. I've spent time in Madrid, London and Bangkok this way in the past few years.
