Ugh. There is a cancerous group within the Jewish world that is focused solely on outward signs of observance without regard to ethics, or even how their behavior makes the rest of us look. I hope rabbis are in a tizzy over this and other recent indictments.

The police need to be called and have them ticketed! Maybe, if the police are called each time this happens the "perps" will get the message!

Though it shouldn't be necessary, a polite hand written note placed by the neighbor on the offending vehicle's windshield usually produces positive results.
