Many types of "frum" people in the world.
Those who have an innate understanding of the morality of halacha and would act appropriately even if not commanded to do so.
Those who believe in the validity and decency of halacha but fail on occassion due to personal weaknesses - and admit to it.
The "toveil im sheretz" crowd who bend halacha over backwards in order to find righteousness even in the most heinous acts committed (moreh heter).
Most of us fall into a range of categories depending on our personal strengths and weaknesses on specific issues. Unfortunately, having lived in Boro Park and currently living in Monsey, I've seen far too much of the latter...

MoC, in light of your post on DovBear's blog I was wondering what you thought of this new Rental Policy thing from Aderet.
