Hancock: Drunk, Doped Out And On The Phone
The police are reportng that Josh Hancock, the St. Louis Cardinals' pitcher who died in a car crash this week, was legally drunk (twice the legal limit in fact), had dope and a pipe in his car and was talking on the phone when he crashed into a tow truck and died instantly.
All I can say is I'm glad he only killed himself.

Doped out? Was that reported? I didn't hear that in the press conference. Just 'cause drugs were found in the vehicle, does that mean they were automatically in his system? Now I ain't defending the douchebag but it ain't right to go accusin' without evidence.

They are awaiting the results of the tests. If the tests end up showing that he was not doped up, I will publicly retract the statement. Something tells me that's not going to be necessary.
