-I work at Maimo, rn. there are quite a few ss nurses. frum nurses work every sunday as opposed to working 2 day weekends every other weekend. also, a unit manager may decide to limit the amount of orthodox nurses hired, and the admin may be spreading these nurses throughout the hosp to minimize scheduling conflicts.
